Delivery Details:

SF Express

Delivery days: 2-3 days
Applicable regions: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
The delivery will be arranged 1-2 working days after order confirmation (excluding the date the order confirm), excluding Saturday, Sunday and puclic holidays.
Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday 9a.m to 6p.m, except on public holidays.
Delay may occur over public holiday period or natural disaters.
In case of typhoon, rainstorm warnings, special weather conditions, or special traffic conditions that might cause delay in delivery, we will reschedule delivery. The customer cannot request to cancel the order.

Delivery

Applicable regions: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
Delivery service is limited to certain Hong Kong regions only, and not applicable to remote areas (Ma Wan, Tung Chung, airport, etc.), outlying islands and buildings without elevators.
Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday 9a.m to 6p.m, except on public holidays.
Each order is applicable to one single delivery location only.
When delivery service is selected, delivery is generally arranged within 7 business days after confirmation of order. We will inform the customer of the delivery date by email or by phone.

Self Pick-up

When delivery service is selected, delivery is generally arranged within 2 business days after confirmation of order. We will inform the customer of the pick-up date by email or by phone.
Pick-up time is an estimate only. If the pick-up time should be changed, we will inform the customer accordingly. The customer cannot request to cancel the order.
In case of typhoon, rainstorm warnings, special weather conditions, or special traffic conditions that might cause delay in pick-up, we will reschedule the pick-up date. The customer cannot request to cancel the order.
